They have a self service bar for all kinds of amenities. The staff is really nice, one receptionist helped me making phone calls when I lost a bag.

I stayed at a more expensive hotel close by before, but I would now prefer the Smile Hotel when coming to Osaka. It provides everything I need and enough space for an affordable price.

Located at really center of Nakanoshima and near Umeda. I could find a lot of restaurants, cafe, and convenience store. Keihan railway station is very near and it seems to be convenient to go to Kyoto. The room is reasonable. The staffs are really kind!

Location! Community small businesses were very friendly and likeable with their demeanor and welcoming attitude. Food is reasonably priced and true to their culture not to skip on quality.

Convenient and clean. Train stations close by. Convenient stores close bu and eateries. Main area of Osaka - streets about 50min walk which we did. Staff friendly. Room very clean and cosy.

Staff were lovely, and were able to accommodate extra needs - we were able to use the phone and a weighing strap for luggage.

The rooms were clean albeit on the smaller side. Everything that was necessary was provided or could be picked up in the lobby. The facilities for microwaving, doing laundry and retrieving ice were more than sufficient. The location was accessible within a 10-min walk to a nearby subway station and steps away from a 7/11 convenience store. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

This hotel was great! The staff were always so sweet and helpful, and the room was perfectly comfortable and clean. It's also easy to get everywhere, only a 5 minute walk to the station. Would absolutely stay here again — it was everything I wanted for 4 nights in Osaka!

It’s small but clean, it’s more like a business hotel good gor short stay but not for long ones.The area is a hop and skip away from Nakanoshima Museum so very handy if you want to explore the Naknoshima area.
